Our Return Promise

At GeoOrganix, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy explains our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please note that we have a strict 7-day return window and only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

By making a purchase from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 7 days.

Overview

7-Day Return Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we can't offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Items must show clear evidence of damage or defect upon delivery. Returns for any other reason — including change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference — are not accepted.

Proof of Purchase & Damage

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. Please document the damage immediately upon delivery and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Exempt Products

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned regardless of condition. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Sale or discounted items, and Some health and personal care items.

Non-Damage Returns Not Accepted

Returns due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with quality (where the item is undamaged) are strictly not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Damage Claims

What Qualifies as Damaged

A damaged item is one that arrives with physical damage caused during shipping or manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. This includes: broken or cracked products, items with missing parts due to our error, products that are completely non-functional upon first use, or items significantly different from the product listing.

What Does Not Qualify

The following do not qualify as damage: minor packaging wear, slight color variation from screen display, normal product variation, or damage caused by misuse after delivery. Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery — no exceptions.

Refunds

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and the damage is inspected and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit Application

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Rejection of Claims

If the returned item shows no evidence of the reported damage, or damage appears to have occurred after delivery, your refund request will be rejected and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refund Not Received?

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery, and only within the 7-day return window. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at geoorganix@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage and send your item to our physical address.

Gifts

Gift Returns

If a damaged item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once damage is verified. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon approval.

Non-Gift Purchases

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

Return Shipping

To return a damaged product, mail it to our physical address. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Deductions

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Insurance

If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
